CRASM appreciates the courage of those employees and volunteers who step up to file a complaint. It is often not the popular or supported course of action, but it is the most compassionate action one can take. In a shelter where the management is unethical and/or corrupt, often employees and volunteers are retaliated against for speaking up for the animals.
